Schumer Statement on the Repeal of the Clean Power Plan

Washington, D.C. – U.S. Senator Chuck Schumer today released the following statement in response to the EPA’s decision to repeal the Clean Power Plan:

“At a time when Americans are experiencing extreme and dangerous weather more frequently than ever before, the last thing we should do is roll back actions to combat climate change.”
